On the estate

1. 01 Entrance court The drive comes in under old milkwoods and stops in a walled court. No one sees you arrive.
2. 02 The residence The main house, under a planted roof. Your chef cooks here, and a long terrace looks out to sea.
3. 03 The pool A heated pool on the terrace, with the sea below. Swim before breakfast; float when the day is done.
4. 04 Thermal spa Sauna, steam hammam and cold plunge, around a small courtyard.
5. 05 Dining pavilion A long table in the shade of the milkwoods, next to the kitchen garden.
6. 06 Kitchen garden Raised beds inside a sandstone wall. Most mornings the kitchen picks what it needs for the day.
7. 07 Therapy and treatment rooms Rooms for one-to-one clinical work, massage and bodywork, set around a quiet garden courtyard.
8. 08 Your villa It stands on its own on the slope, with a deck, a plunge pool and the sea below.
9. 09 The guest wing When family come with you, they stay here, close by but apart.
10. 10 Movement pavilion Yoga, breath-work and strength, on the granite point above the sea.
11. 11 Stable and paddocks The horses live here. Ride out at a walk through the fynbos, and down to the sand at low tide.
12. 12 Coast path A sand path along the clifftop, between the cove and the pavilion.
13. 13 The cove Sand between granite boulders, at the end of a path down through the fynbos.
14. 14 Rock pools At low tide the granite holds clear pools of sea water, out of the waves.
15. 15 Mountain trails Paths climb from the house onto the sandstone ridge, with the coast below you as you go.
